A BILL to amend and reenact section thirty, article twenty-three,
chapter nineteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand
nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuing
the racing commission.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That section thirty, article twenty-three, chapter nineteen of
the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 23. HORSE AND DOG RACING.
§19-23-30. Termination of the racing commission.



Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the racing commission shall continue to exist until the
first day of July, two thousand two, unless sooner terminated,
continued or reestablished by act of the Legislature.
